I work in the environment and heritage sector in East Anglia, UK, with a focus on geology, landscape and museums. I’ve been working in this field for over 30 years, and freelance since 2007. I’m always on the look-out for interesting new projects; at the moment educational and writing work.

In 2015 I was the Hon. President of the Geological Society of Norfolk. In 2021 I was awarded the David Wood National Landscape Award for my work with Art Branches CIC within the Suffolk Coast and Heaths AONB. In 2023 I was the Hon. President of the Norfolk & Norwich Naturalists’ Society.

Destroying a little more local distinctiveness. Hopefully some old quarries could be reopened to make up the losses.
